Accessibility is a fundamental concept when we're considering how we support a more trauma-informed world in practice. A part of our practical commitment to supporting our community is by partnering with the studios we work with to offer full scholarships in our teacher training programs.

upcoming trauma-informed yoga teaching scholarship opportunities:

22 June start

Melbourne VIC, Australia - Partnering with Australian Yoga Academy

Two full scholarships available - must be available for virtual sessions and in-studio weekends, all details/dates.
Applications close Friday 5 June, all applicants notified by 12 June of outcomes.

2 September start

Ocean Grove VIC, Australia - Partnering with Zero Point Academy

Two full scholarships available - must be available for virtual sessions and in-studio weekends, all details/dates.
Applications close Friday 21 August, all applicants notified by 28 August of outcomes.

Eligibility for the scholarships is aimed at people who don’t have the financial means to access training at this time. This may be for any reason (eg returning to work, financial instability, systemic challenges) and you do not need to provide personal details.
Applicants are asked to share how they will use trauma-informed yoga/practice in their life or community.

By applying, applicants accept that:

Selection decisions are final and cannot be appealed
No feedback will be provided on unsuccessful applications
Meeting eligibility criteria does not guarantee selection
The selection committee has complete discretion in awarding scholarships
