trauma-informed yoga facilitation training
We lead a variety of in-studio and virtual workshops, with sessions being interactive and grounded in evidence-informed practice with a strong adult learning focus.

Our expertise in adult learning and transformational change, combined with trauma-informed practice and yoga training, creates workshops that are deeply experiential and practice-led.
our philosophy
We believe that while not all yoga or movement classes need to be trauma-informed, all movement facilitators and space-holders should have an understanding of trauma-informed practices and why they're so important.

Trauma-informed yoga is a welcome addition to a clinical mental health practice, teaching practice and many movement and people-facilitation spaces. If you're not sure if this is the right program for you feel free to get in touch - questions are always welcome.
We lead trauma-informed yoga facilitation training and contribute to comprehensive programs at partnered schools and also deliver some programs and workshops virtually.
